This came up in a discussion the other day with a young AD stud.. I can't believe this is still a problem with the modern synthetic materials?? Next to monkey butt and your feet,, this is one more hurt to deal with..

For all the runners, ruckers, and hyper-ventilating sweathogs..

Do you use band-aids??

Band-aids were the only solution 50+ yrs ago, when we starched our uniforms, including BVD's & Tees.

It looks like some didn't get the word??

YMMV

When I was a young stud running 75+ miles a week for fun I always laughed when I entered a 10K race and 99% of the people in the race were sporting "racers" clothing. Me, just an old tee-shirt and nylon (PT) shorts. The only "fancy" thing I had on were my sneakers. (And 99% of them finished behind me.....:))
