2)Pardons HRC for illegal election manipulation(s)
3)Pardons HRC for money laundering
4)Pardons HRC for bribes from foreign parties while in office
5)Pardons HRC for tax evasion(s) using a 501C organization
6)Pardons HRC for the homicide of Americans in Benghazi

You don't need to be charged, convicted, or adjudicated, POTUS can preemptively pardon..

Personally, I think it would do more than a court could possibly do,, and cheaper..
