She was flying coach with her children when this gay lawyer launches into a tirade. Oh, and his husband proudly tweets about it.
Someone please tell me again, which one is the party of tolerance?

Report: Passenger removed from plane after harassing Ivanka Trump
An unruly passenger had to be removed from a JetBlue flight leaving New York on Thursday after he began loudly harassing Ivanka Trump and her young children, according to TMZ and posts on social media.
Ivanka, the daughter of President-elect Donald Trump, was flying in coach with her husband, Jared Kushner, her children and several cousins when an unidentified man began yelling at her.
“Your father is ruining the country,” the man said, according to TMZ. “Why is she on our flight? She should be flying private.”
The man was reportedly holding a young child in his arms during the tirade. Trump tried distracting her kids during the incident.
When JetBlue security escorted the man off the plane, he reportedly complained they were “kicking me off for expressing my opinion.”
"The decision to remove a customer from a flight is not taken lightly," JetBlue said in a statement. "If the crew determines that a customer is causing conflict on the aircraft, the customer will be asked to deplane, especially if the crew feels the situation runs the risk of escalation during flight. In this instance, our team worked to re-accommodate the party on the next available flight."
Earlier, a man identified as Matthew Lasner tweeted that his husband was “chasing” down Trump and Kushner “to harass them,” hashtagging his tweet “#banalityofevil.”
But Lasner’s story changed quickly, as he then tweeted “My husband expressed displeasure in a calm tone, JetBlue staff overheard, and they kicked us off the plane.” He also tweeted a picture of Trump sitting on the plane.
It appears the tweets have since been deleted.

Yet these same people don't bat an eye over the Obamas spending 10's of millions of dollars on vacations.
The logic of these people escapes me. How could Trump be ruining the country when he hasn't even taken office.
Keep going lefties...the more you scream, have tamtrums and act in a generally disagreeable manner the less support you likely will have from more moderate folks in both parties.

Sounds like an ass-whopping is in order.
No apparent Secret Service escort, either.
ETA: My wife just heard this on the radio and came in and said, "It would have been funny if, as they carted the guy away, the passengers chanted, 'Lock him up! Lock him up!'"

Just finished reading news article on this and would like to point out that family members of POTUS and VPOTUS fly commercial all the time. In fact before the current occupiers of the WH I can't remember a FLOTUS ever taking AF1 or AF2 on a personal vacation. Congress critters are required to pay and fly commercial.
A little surprised no USSS but maybe not yet. After all she is a grown woman and her dad isn't sworn in yet. Hope now in the near future that changes but maybe they are happy with the way things have been.
Too bad there wasn't an Air Marshal 'ala' Anger Management (Adam Sandler) onboard at the time. "Sir, you need to calm down!" :D
At least one source has Secret Service on board.
"Members of Secret Service were on the flight with the family, but did not intervene and instead chose to let the airline handle the issue."
The tweet below, if true, justifies the expulsion...note the self use of the IMO highly incriminating word HARASS...reportedly, his husband's words not mine...no one has time for this type of "tolerance"...
"...My husband chasing them down to harass them. #banalityofevil'"

Reagan family members occasionally flew on one of the airlines I worked for at LAX, Regent Air. USSS did the drop-off and pick-up but did not fly in the aircraft (we only had 34 seats on our 727s). They do have access to the cockpit jumpseats, though.

Congress critters fly commercial but we pay.
When was the last time you flew first-class on an airplane? For most people, the answer is never or once or twice thanks to an upgrade. I fall into the latter category. Not to mention, those who can afford to pay for first-class tickets, aren't doing it on the backs of taxpayers...unless of course you serve in the U.S. Congress.
Last year, Bloomberg Businessweek ran a feature titled, The Pampered World of Congressional Air Travel. The story detailed the cushy and expensive travel bookings Congressman and Senators make on a regular basis with frequent trips back and forth to their home states and districts. The cost to taxpayers is enormous, but could be much less if they'd simply swallow their pride and sit in coach with the rest of us.
There is no more pampered class of air traveler than members of Congress.
At Washington’s Reagan National Airport, they have their own special parking spaces—right up close to the terminal—that they don’t even have to pay for. As Bloomberg Television’s Hans Nichols reports, this perk costs the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority $738,760 in foregone revenue.
To members of our fly-in-Tuesday-fly-home-Thursday Congress, these perks are a big deal. Most fly a lot, and many fly first class. They don’t just jet home to their districts. Sometimes, they’re jetting around the world at taxpayer expense ($23,646, to be specific), as Democratic Representative Sheila Jackson-Lee of Texas did in February.
Now, Republican Reps. Paul Gosar and Walter Jones along with California Democrat Rep. Raul Ruiz are looking to end the first-class treatment out of respect for taxpayers. Earlier this week Gosar wrote and submitted a request with Ruiz and Jones to the Committee on Appropriations asking that language prohibiting lawmakers from traveling first-class on the taxpayer dime be added to the Fiscal Year 2015 Legislative Branch Appropriations Act.
"As with all federal spending, Member's Representational Allowance funds are taxpayer dollars. As such, the use of these funds must be exercised with the utmost efficiency and transparency. A loophole currently exists that allows members of Congress to fly first-class at the expense of the taxpayer. Members of Congress are servants of the people and should not be considered a privileged class. Luxury airfare accommodations utilizing taxpayer monies would seem inappropriate in any fiscal climate but at a time of soaring deficits and with a federal debt in excess of $17 trillion such expenditures are especially wasteful," the request states. "If federal restrictions prohibit members of our military from traveling first-class, this same standard should also apply to Members of Congress."
Respect for taxpayer money, what an amazing concept.
"One of my top priorities is eliminating waste, fraud and abuse within the bloated federal bureaucracy. Accordingly, Members of Congress shouldn't be allowed to fly first class on the taxpayer's dime," Gosar said in a statement. "It's absolutely wasteful and completely unacceptable that Members of Congress - servants of the people - are currently allowed to fly first class using hard-earned taxpayer money, especially at a time when our ballooning national debt threatens the fiscal security of generations to come. The taxpayers deserve accountability from their government and oversight on how it spends their money."

Oldrotorhead,
I'm pretty sure no one in government is allowed to get reimbursed for anything over a regular coach fare. Whether someone with 'elite' tier status is upgraded by the airlines or they pay the difference out of pocket that law was passed years ago.
I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure the law was changed because of the complaints you mention or it was before that.
Now with that being said and although JetBlue is all coach, why would millionaires fly JetBlue when they could buy First Class tickets on Delta, United or my favorite Virgin America?
Then again, I've known lots of rich people that are the most frugal people in the world.
Still, no one should berate another for who they or their families are.

You could be right about Coach fares for Gov people, but many Congress critters fly home every week on our dime and with frequent flyer programs end up in first class almost all the time.
Maybe Ivanka and her husband are rich but frugal? ;) They still should not have been harassed and showed more restraint than most people. I know I would have responded in an unkind manor.

The CEO of IKEA is one of the richest people in the world, but apparently he was always big on flying coach, leading by frugal example.
It would be interesting to know if the Trump family have displayed any changes recently in terms of travel(say previously first class, but now economy as a sign of alignment with their voter base....or just a question of short term need/availability reducing options).
Anywho, much better outcome than if Ivanka was in first class and being chastised more effectively.
Good news it was just a pair of morons who telegraphed their obvious agenda.
If this were the current First Family back when they were First Family Elect, it would have gotten quite ugly as content for race baiters if it were a pair of rednecks.
In any case, totally unacceptable behaviour by members of the public towards family members of elected politicians.

At least as recently as 2004, State Department folks assigned to embassies were booked in business class or better.

I once had an ambassador and his DCM pissed all the time with me. They like all of us had to fly economy but when one of them got on the plane I would usually be in business. The Ambo actually made a scene one night as why one of his people was in business and he was not. They can be petty people. The rules were the rules..... He told them. They told him he is following the rules and they upgraded me as I had so many mile with them and they did it as a courtesy. At that time I was on the road 20+ days a month around south and Central America.....
He even went so far as to call me into his office to discuss it.
Every one outside of congress has had to book coach unless the flight was 18+ hrs for years. There were a few exceptions but they were scrutinized closely. I never demanded or asked for upgrades but would gladly take one if offered. I was pretty tight with most of the counter reps for 3 airlines down there. They still remember me and take care of me on my personal fights like now.

I can tell you which Washington state critters sit where.
Patty Smurf (D) First Class (Can't even take her assigned seat)
Norm "Lying Blowhard" Dicks (D) First Class
Jim "No Yellow Cake" McDermott (D) First Class
Adam "OhBamaCare!" Smyth (D) First Class (when he can)
Dave "I caught the Green River Killer" Reichert (R) Coach
Cathy "I was almost Interior Secretary" McMorris (R) Coach (unless)
Does anyone see a pattern here?
And as a side note I remember getting upgraded by Northwest my last return from Cobra Gold 2001 while my team and TL and others sat in the back. I also remember thinking this will be the last time I spend hours flying around the world for work. The rest they say is history...
