Basically, according to this reddit thread, Paul Combetta, who testified before congress with immunity, lied. Real shocker. But the best part is, someone on Reddit found his old thread, specifically asking how to delete emails for a certain VIP client...I wonder how many VIP clients he had in 2014 that rhymes with Killary Blinton

I sincerely hope this is finally the smoking gun for the investigation. Trey Gowdy, Fox News, and Trump need to be alerted to this ASAP.

Not very many... The company that he worked for was a mom and pop shop at the time.

I love this quote from the comments:
Breaking News: Reddit server committed suicide earlier today, two bullets found in hard drives... Experts claim that the servers did it to themselves and have absolutely no links to the Clinton campaign

If he is smart, he will just take the jail time rather than face what the Klintons have for him if he testifies.

If Congress is smart, they will give pressure him and try to get him to roll. He has already apparently perjured himself.

If true then I'd say his immunity deal is at an end. I'll start getting water and a sandbag ready. The picnic table out back should do just fine.

This is the part of the IT guy saga I don't understand.

He's been granted immunity for the crimes related to the emails (http://www.nytimes.com/2016/09/09/us/politics/hillary-clinton-emails-investigation.html?_r=0) but he's pleading the 5th before Congress. I thought having immunity meant you can no longer be prosecuted for the offense so you no longer have the right to claim self-incrimination as a defense.

If his present immunity doesn't fully encompass the crimes, why doesn't Congress expand the immunity and get him to testify? My understanding is that if he still refuses to testify he's then in contempt and ends up in jail anyway.

It also seems he forgot to make his appearance in front of Congress as well: Three IT specialists involved with Hillary Clinton’s private email server on Tuesday refused to testify before the House Oversight Committee on deletions of some of Clinton’s emails.

One of these three, Bryan Pagliano — the former State Department employee who set up the server — defied a subpoena and failed to appear at the hearing altogether.

The other two, engineers at the outside firm that managed Clinton’s server, appeared under subpoena but invoked their Fifth Amendment rights in response to every question.

Outraged Republicans quickly threatened reprisal against Pagliano, who has long been a flashpoint in various investigations into the server.

The former State technician famously exercised his right not to testify against himself before the House Select Committee on Benghazi in 2015. He was also reportedly awarded an immunity deal during the FBI’s now-closed investigation into Clinton’s use of the server while secretary of State.

“I will consult with counsel and my colleagues to consider a full range of options available to address Mr. Pagliano’s failure to appear,” Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) said. “When you are served a subpoena by the United States Congress, that is not optional.”

How is this guy still walking around free and still amongst the living?

I guess he is just like everybody else in that he holds congress in contempt. He only has to last until he's within the fashionable pardon window anyways.
