I could not decide if there was a more appropriate forum to post this in, and finally just decided to drop it in General Discussion. I do not think it has been posted on these boards before.

Long story short, for incomprehensible reasons SAA troops kept coming to this wall in Aleppo, which was being observed by rebels with some kind of ATGM.

SAA troops were hit by said ATGM on August 6th, 17th, and 19th. Let me say that again-- they were hit three different times within a two-week period, at this same spot (video embedded in tweet below):

Now the below video is one of the same incidents shown in the tweet video, and here we have what appears to be about a squad's worth of people leaning up against the wall, taking a break in the shade.

Amazingly, and I don't think this is creative editing, having eaten the first ATGM, they then had about a platoon-sized group bunched up in the exact same spot immediately after:

Can anyone decipher what has happened here? After the first strike, are they gathering around in a school circle to discuss what has happened to their comrades on this same spot, only minutes ago, or what? What possible logic, what possible explanation can there be for this bizarre behavior?

Maybe they are commanded by the Syrian version of ISIS' famed Abu Hajjar (https://youtu.be/aM3ElTvF52I?t=89)
