This is a Russian Special Forces 24 Hour Mountain Ration - very rare & hard to acquire - check out this amazing Military Ration and see for yourself! Hope you all enjoy the review - I can truly say this was one of the best Military Rations I've ever had!

Anyone else have reviews of non-US military MRE's or what ever they send to the field with the troops??

I have had a couple of the ARVN issue meals,, rice & krill (itty-bitty shrimp).. Do not need any refresher meals..

Would get French rats in Africa....cheese in a tooth paste tube (good)...but everyone's favorite was a flat flex tube of Cognac in each box. Probably 2 shots worth.
The meat was terrible, stringy and tough..canned. Probably My Friend Flicka.

I remember getting British rats in Kenya. They were mostly unremarkable. It was my first encounter with the B52.(P38 on steroids), tea instead of coffee, and the crackers were called biscuits. I was highly disappointed when I opened that can.

My unit was stationed inside a section of an Italian post and we went to the field with the Italian Army. While we had our issued C-Rats (yes, I'm dating myself), the Italians had spaghetti and, naturally, vino. That's when my language skills came in handy -- I ate with them. Love the Italian attitude. Just because there's a war on doesn't mean you have to stop living. I kept the extra C-Rats in my car JIC.
