I think that a mass shooting is one in which four or more people are wounded or killed. This by definition is not a mass shooting. It may have become one, but luckily did not.

The first shooter did wound three people and had the intent to shoot more before being shot himself. It seems the intent was there....

Then became the victim of a fourth GSW himself. I think we might could argue that this was indeed a "mass shooting"!

Besides, the media are all a-dither over the Benghazi report.
