Not a good way to start off here, Duane. Please follow instructions -- fill out your profile, post an introduction, and then search for the many threads on this topic. And it's MACV-SOG.

YES and it is indeed macv-sog
I was assigned to CCC from Oct '69 to late March '70. First as Plt Ldr with Hatchet force then as 1-1 and 1-0 on RT Florida.
Tom, this is Cork "Head Frog"
Don't know that we've met (my memory sucks) I see you've been to a few SOARs or at least I think that's what I saw. I was on the Board when Tilt was the President. He and I joined and left at the same time. We committed to a single term with 3 primary goals when we were elected. Thankfully Pete Buscetto joined us as Treasurer or we never would have succeeded.
Where and when were you with MACVSOG?
I was at CCC from Oct '69 through late March '70 then was reassigned to the Delta where I volunteered for the Mike Force and was assigned to A-404. Stayed there until involuntarily extended, WIA and medivaced out of country in Nov. '70

I was with CCN from Oct 69 thru Dec 70. With Vietianization, my extension was cut short. Was there with Robert Noe, J B Evans, Marty Arbiet, Sydney Shafer, et al.
Unforgetable high speed, low drag assignment.
