The Department of Justice has been phasing out the use of the word "criminal" to describe criminals. On the DOJ website the newer term " justice-involved individual", can be traced back to 2009. However, the term has seen more daylight over the past couple of years.

I was trying to think of a few others. How about, "disoriented transgressor," "morally bankrupted underachiever," or maybe even "sh*thead"?

This only came about because Hillary was heard to say that she would personally find those terms offensive.
