FBI Investigation of Hillary Clinton, Clinton is above American Law.
Now if I or anyone else with TSSCI SAP Access did the same thing Hillary Clinton did we'd go straight to prison. Ergo Clinton is above American Law.

FBI Now Has Solid Evidence To Convict Hillary Clinton, Says Judge Andrew Napolitano
by Val Powell
Hillary Clinton is currently leading in the Democratic presidential race, but that does not mean the road to becoming the Democratic presidential nominee is a shoo-in. One issue that has repeatedly weighed down her campaign is her use of a private email server during her tenure as Secretary of State.
Clinton’s use of a private email server is the target of an ongoing FBI investigation, and it poses a threat to her political aspirations. In fact, Judge Andrew Napolitano said the agency has solid evidence to indict and convict her.
Napolitano said on The O’Reilly Factor that the “FBI knows a lot more about it than I do.” He said the “evidence of her guilt is overwhelming.”

It's an easy litmus test:
Would any other "American" go to jail for doing the same exact thing Hillary Clinton did with her TSSCI SAP Access and storage of her emails relating to them on her "home" computer.
FBI Investigation of Hillary Clinton, Clinton is above American Law
I seriously doubt the FBI Investigation of Hillary Clinton was going to do a damn thing. The FBI just wanted America to think they were conducting an investigation of Hillary Clinton.
Hillary Clinton is above the laws of America.
If Hillary Clinton is not indicted for what would clearly result in us less equal animals being imprisoned, any vestiges of trust in the Department of Justice true Americans are still clinging to will forever be extinguished.

Hillary makes Edward Snowden look like an amateur...
I was not aware that the Department of Justice was in possession of the full trust of the American public.
I thought that ship had sailed.
It sailed for me quite some time ago.

I had heard rumors that the FBI/DOJ was simply waiting on the DNC nomination before moving forward. I am clinging to that hope, but history has shown me that the Clintons seem to get away with everything.
We are almost to the point where we are almost ready to maybe do something...
I wonder how many people in the FBI the Clintons could have disappeared before people started to get suspicious?

Department of Justice and the Bureau of Investigation is going to do nothing to any left-wing, progressive, socialist.
The Department of Justice and the Bureau of Investigation for the last seven years has been nothing but the armed wing of the democratic/progressive/socialist movement.
Hillary Clinton is above the law.
Otherwise the corrupt bitch would already be facing a prison term for taking foreign bribes as Sec of State.
I find it amusing that anyone in the Secret Service would actually guard such a pathetic bottom-feeding loser. Some folks don't give a damn where their money comes from or how they earn it.

A SS agent once asked "why don't you apply, were hiring?". I intimated similar sentiments...luckily...he felt the same and understood.

I still have faith in DOJ. Faith enough to dedicate years, money, and effort to be one of its public servant.
I must admit this entire debacle is utterly disgusting though. America is supposed to be that beacon on the hill. That faith is shaken for sure.
What would a CA or PO or ODA or OO or an attache team leader say when the host nation he's advising for more transparent legal system throws this ugly truh back at him?

Things like this really do shine a light on our hypocrisy in the scenario that you suggest. I'll tell you what I do when I am in the situation you speak of - I change the subject. I offer a warm beverage and some American style snacks as a distraction, and I change the subject.
Then, later on I try to take a hot shower to wash off the hypocrisy.
This scenario isn't new. My first experience was when we were in Haiti and we were engaged in a discussion about failures of the legal system...
...and OJ Simpson had recently been found NOT-guilty.
...and again in Africa in the late 90's while discussing political corruption, and our president had just been impeached after sodomizing a woman with a cigar and lying about it. (something that resulted in the rest of us being told to carry an Army Values card)
...and now, we stand by and watch the circus of an SF guy being forced from service as a direct/indirect result of becoming violent with a child molester that resulted in a painful fight to vindicate himself
...because we are not allowed to "proselytize" or engage in cultural disputes
I have been a cynical sarcastic prick for quite some time and my default setting is to withhold faith from ALL government entities, including the US military.
We need people that have faith in our systems but sadly, my tank is empty.

The media and the libs do not want a beacon on a hill; they want a trans-gendered he/she to be able to use whatever bathroom they want. They want the rainbow flag to fly above the White House and the Confederate flag to disappear from history. They want us to be more like Europe, it's funny how only 240 years ago we left that place and its ideals behind to come here.
We might as well just tear up the Bible and the Constitution. Those ideas are way too lofty for the way this country is today.

We tend to see candidates as people and what they represent, the subject of this post is really a cartel...an insidious criminal cartel bent on self profit. I wouldn't believe their mission statement if you paid me and I doubt they believe much of it either although as long as the money is flowing they certainly say they do.
Just another brick in the wall:

hahaha.... pfft
Nothing to see here.
Move along.
Some of us may as well file a DTS request to go TDY to the Ministry of Love for our session in Room-101. The American public (at least 47% of them) doesn't want freedom - they want a benevolent dictator...
...or at least a dictator that is portrayed as benevolent in the media.
Alea iacta est

Im thinking that it will all start with that first rock thrown.
You think we have division now between parties and races? Wait till she destroys the Trumpertantrum in the general election, then he goes into hiding.........whilst everyone points fingers at eachother over whos fault it is.........all while overwhelming evidence is unearthed by disgruntled FBI agents that she should have been convicted.
Want to watch the country burn? Sit back and relax. The match has already been lit and the gasoline puddle is getting bigger and bigger.

That is the goal of the left.
They give zero fucks about LGBT rights. They give a lot however about the degradation of moral values within our country. This will allow them to justify nullifying the founding documents.

To be honest, that faith deserves no applause. The motivation is more selfish than noble. I spent over a decade chasing US citizenship not for a white picket fence, purdy wife, two kids, car in a garage, and a dog. Not for the food or fishing either. Over the course, I broke hearts and relationships, abandoned friendships, disappointed parents, and skipped tens of thousands dollars bonus. It can't be all for nothing. Compared to kingdoms, empires, and dynasties of the past, this experiment, this idea called the US of A has not lasted very long. It's a powerful, yet fragile idea. Thus the requirements for patriots to preserve it. If this ship sinks, I'll sink along with it

ouch, what a downer. I was expecting you'd pull good 'ol admit nothing, deny everything, make counter accusations. Tell them it's misinformation and propaganda by the commie left who's bitter after the fall of the Soviet Union and is waging information insurgency in the US :D

Did the Soviet Union fall or did they simply reach their objective in terms of the pending virtual utter destruction through subversion of the US. They were masters of subversion, misdirection after all. Has it not become obvious how they are able to play the current generation of politicians almost as if they know the script beforehand?
I often wonder if they were committed enough to follow the line almost to self destruction to see it through with the aim of dismantling that system as soon as the objectives had been met. All they needed to do was deal with major internal strife as a result of dismantling the system and watch the gradual demise of their biggest threat. 20 - 25 years or one generation of subversion is all it takes to get that ball rolling a slow-puncture if you will.
