It's also being used in the new Army commercial.

Help choose the 2015 U.S. Army Photo of the Year.

Visit www.army.mil/yearinphotos/2015/ to vote for your favorite photo including a photo that is in the running by U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart’s own, U.S. Army Visual Information Specialist Jason Johnston’s photo of a soldier from 1st Battalion, 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) in Germany.

I could tell it was 10th Gp. right away as it was a Hollywood jump :)...is that a ski pass around his neck?

I know the Army's gotten a little lax, fightin' bad guys and such. But a "photo of the Year" and he's not at the position of attention whilst saluting???

He coulda done better than that...lol

Actually, if you look at the video ... he's saluting the officer of the deck and requesting permission to come aboard ....
