The group warned: "The French people are stronger than you and will come out of this atrocity even stronger"
Hacker group Anonymous have declared war against ISIS after the attacks in Paris on Friday night.
Posting a video on YouTube, the group said it would use its knowledge to "unite humanity" and warned the terrorists to "expect us".
Behind their signature mask, a spokesperson speaking in French said: "Anonymous from all over the world will hunt you down.
"You should know that we will find you and we will not let you go.
"We will launch the biggest operation ever against you.

What will hurt, is if ISIL tracks them down. ISIL has more than a few techies working for them. If ISIS tracks them down, they will be in a world of pain before their head ends up on a stick...

Steal their money. Blackmail and expose their business partners in Turkey and Jordan. Expose the funding links between the apostate Saudi princes and ISIS. Compromise embedded SCADA in Raqqa and shut down the power and water. Launch an effective propaganda campaign that makes ISIS look foolish (virtually anything they do in this arena will be better than what the Western govts are doing). Just off the top of my head...
My hope is that they PUBLISH the addresses and bank accounts and familiey names and personal info..
They may be twinkettes to the warrior world, but the information can be used to bomb the shiite out of them..

TEL AVIV – The Islamic State will not hesitate to attack the U.S. and is waiting for the opportunity to carry out assaults on American soil, a leading Palestinian jihadist told Breitbart Jerusalem.
Abu Al-Ayna al-Ansari, leader of an ISIS-aligned Salafi jihadist group in the Gaza Strip, said he believes ISIS will strike the home fronts of “all countries that participate in the anti-Islamic State coalition” in Syria and Iraq.
“The [Islamic] State will not leave these countries alone without them having to suffer from the blows of the Mujahideen in a way that will let them understand that their war is lost,” the terrorist said. “There is no way that ISIS territory remains under aerial bombardment without a violent retaliation deep in the capitals of those countries.”
Ansari addressed the possibility of attacks inside the U.S., saying, “Certainly the Mujahideen of the Islamic State will not hesitate to attack the head of the infidel states and the head of global terrorism – America – and all those who support the U.S. and back it in its crusade war against the Muslims in Syria and Iraq.”
Ansari further stated that “the Mujahideen of the Islamic state are waiting for every opportunity in order to carry out attacks in all countries of the crusader coalition.”

ISIS is one schism away from civil war and anything that gives them a push is useful. About 10,000 years of history has shown that is how you bring down a surging religious movement. Not bombs. All that does is create martyrs and solidarity.
Bombs and boots on the ground are a blunt tool wielded by idiots. Use some brains, foment a schism, pop some popcorn, and enjoy the YouTubes of them going medieval on each other.
Maybe the Russians can pull it off. I don't expect anyone in the United States government to do anything effective, whether Democrat or Republican.

they can do their attention-seeking teenage thing. Right now, ISIS reigns near unchallenged in their propaganda targeting the youth on social media. Anonymous can counter-flood Twitter, youtube, facebook, etc. with mime, clips, animation and other material that ridicule ISIS/Da'esh and sympathizers. No holds barred with how offensive it would be i.e. make a mime of Anwar Al-awlaki with his prostitutes in hell and so on. Our counter-message campaign Think Again Turn Way by State Department is pathetic at best. I thought the vids are well edited and persuasive, but the affiliation with USG discredits them immediately. Just see the meager view count on youtube and you can tell as soon as Andy, or Ahmed or Joken see the State Dept channel, they won't even bother to click.

these fanatics may have their fanaticism and the forced reaction from the rest of the world unifying them, but they are not without their defectors.
May not be enough to create schism, but enough to delegitimize, encourage more defectors (give more push to those scared and hesitating), and deter those wanting to join.
FWIW, I concur with the CIC standing his ground with not getting congressional declaration of war against ISIS or (overt) boots on the ground.
The Kurds is the most capable force there. There will be geopolitical impact for sure, but it may be the "best bad idea"

This is nothing new really, Th3 J3S3T3R has been doing this for at least three years.
One of the biggest problems with anything online, just like the Dark Web Silk Road. Once it is shut down, Web Site, Facebook, Twitter, any Social Media Site. THEY can start up a new page or profile.
As for as taking money, that's a bigger story. Very Hard to do, and to get away with it.
As far as publishing any accounts and address, it would be depend on the country that those accounts are tied to. But once they publish any those accounts, the owner can withdraw fund, electronic or hard, and move them. If in a Arab Nation, then the move of Hard cash would be very hard.
Dark Web is great and fun, but it is easy for the people on it. Hard for other and unknown to SO MANY!!
Keep in mind most of ISIS Social Media and Online leaders are all educated in Western countries. The main guy is USA (Northwestern) Educated in Computer Science. They are about as smart as ANONYMOUS, just don't have the numbers that ANONYMOUS has.
IMO the FBI, DHS, and other Letter Agencies should have been doing this long time ago. But likely that it takes the POTUS approval, and we can all see how much he has approved for the military option.
Canada and UK have a really good Social Media Counter ISIS Task Forces. We should be taking notes!

Both books are based in the heart of the Silk Road Crossing.... which has always been a hotbed of dissent. Spoiler alert... the Pashtun are still around.... and they can be vilified by other Muslims, due to their animistic (not animalistic) version of Islam that is considered impure and incorporates parts of the local pre-Islamic beliefs.

It’s clear Islamic jihadists are on a rampage, with two major attacks in the past eight days and multiple others apparently narrowly averted. The Belgian capital of Brussels is currently on lockdown and at the highest levels of alert, indicating a “serious and immediate threat,” after an “arsenal” of explosives and chemicals was discovered in a home raid earlier.
Now, we’re getting word of ISIS’ plans to attack several locations tomorrow, Sunday — including the U.S. city of Atlanta, Georgia. The report from the online activist group Anonymous — which declared war against ISIS in the wake of the Paris attacks — is reportedly being taken “seriously” by the FBI.

Anonymous, the loose collective of online activists, said Saturday it has uncovered information about Islamic State group attacks in Paris as well as at locations in the U.S., Indonesia, Italy and Lebanon, all apparently set for Sunday. OpParisIntel, a group within Anonymous, released a statement saying it had collected information about imminent attacks by the militant group — aka Daesh, ISIL and ISIS — in the French capital a little more than a week after a series of coordinated attacks there left 130 dead and hundreds injured.
Anonymous also said the Islamic State group is planning an assault at the WWE Survivor Series event scheduled to take place in the Philips Arena in Atlanta Sunday at 7.30 p.m. EST, as well as attacks at multiple events in Paris.
The collective published the list of potential targets alongside a statement: “The goal is to make sure the whole world, or at least the people going to these events, know that there have been threats and that there is possibility of an attack to happen. Another goal is to make sure Daesh knows that the world knows and cancels the attacks, which will disorientate them for a while.”
The targets listed by Anonymous are as follow:

According to Anonymous: “We only appeared now because our goal was to remain undercover and report everything to the right authorities and let them take all the action. But when authorities do not take action, Anonymous does. This part of the op started last Monday and has [been] and will be active 24 hours a day as long as the op is going on.”
Speaking to International Business Times, Anonymous said it had passed proof to the MI5 intelligence agency in the U.K., the CIA and FBI in the U.S., and the Australian government but that it has no plans to release the proof publicly. “If we share the proof [publicly], everyone will start calling it fake because screenshots can be edited and accounts can be deleted. We have purposely not shared account links publicly because they would be shut down immediately and then no one would believe the proof.”
Anonymous declared war on the Islamic State group last week, vowing to track it down online as part of its Operation Paris (or OpParis). It has since released a guide for all those looking to take part in the operation, which already has identified tens of thousands of Twitter accounts it said are associated with the militant group while also taking some websites offline. The Islamic State group has responded to the threat by Anonymous, warning of a retaliatory attack on the activist group.
Local Atlanta news reports speaking with the director of the Georgia Emergency Management Agency, Jim Butterworth, who said his agency is working closely with the FBI, the Georgia Information Sharing and Analysis Center and others in evaluating the threat on a Sunday WWE event in Atlanta reported by the group Anonymous.
While we don’t wish to be alarmist, we do feel a responsibility to keep y’all informed. In cases like this, we certainly pray the threats don’t pan out.
