I feel pretty damn good. Having lost 28 pounds this year, I tried on my ancient TWs this morning. Ho Lee Crap. They fit! Haven't had them on since Sep of 1970. :lifter
I may change my screen name to Slim Geezer.

Now to try and keep it off during the long coming winter.

Well, congratulation, but you do know that photographic evidence is needed to confirm the claim. ;)

28 pounds is a pretty good achievement. How did you do it Bob? Do you have any advice for those of us trying to lose weight or at least keep it at bay?

Come on guys, we discussed that above. Bacon and beer. That will do the trick.:D

...bacon... Just can't stand to see the element at the top of the periodic table in pink font. :D

Seriously, that is a fine accomplishment - you look f'n squared away in the photo. Time to hit the club - where there's, uh, bacon cheeseburgers & beer.
Oh, wait...

My better half found a website called myfitnesspal.com. You can enter the food you just ate and it will tell you the calories. Thousands of food items are in the data base, from Hershey bars to Kroger beeftenderloin. You set the max calories you want and you can see ifyou exceed them. It will also track your exercise calories burned. You get used to using it pretty quick. Now that I'm down to my target weight and seem to be stable I rarely use it. The pattern of proper food/exercise has been implanted. And my exercise is pretty mild most of the time unless I pig out for a few days.

In all seriousness, saturated fat and beer aren't that harmful to body composition.
