We thinned the above with veg stock, added fish, scallops, shrimp, all quickly seasoned and sauteed, then place in the "soup"

It was really good!

edit to add: forgot the Turmic, S&P, and lemongrass.

That looks delicious. What kind of fish did you use?

Blue Fish and Loup de Mare, which is a Mediterranean sea bass. basically, any fish will do. Lemongrass is a great addition to this dish. It sits well with the verbena and Kaffir lime.
