I only say that before the "offended" take that American tradition away too.

This is how I'm celebrating mine:

Ok, back in my drinking days. :D

I don't know if it's just the area where I live but I don't seem to see many trick or treaters anymore, not like when I was a kid. :(

With pumpkin spices?

I've been sitting on my deck with my banjo and chainsaw and no kids have shown up yet.

I set up a graveyard and built some coffins for the kids to play in. One of the coffins was set up with a fog machine and fog chiller. My daughter was dressed up as a ghost witch and crept around the graveyard a little too well - she scared the hell out of lots of adults. I don't know what it is about little girl ghosts, but whatever it is it worked! My son enjoyed jumping out of the coffins (and so did I). :D

We took the neighborhood kids around on a hayride. I was thankful the rain passed us without so much as a whisper. By the end of the night my little girl ghost witch was passed out by the campfire. That's her underneath a pile of blankets on the lawn chair next to the fire. I almost sat on her.

Hope y'all had fun and made some good memories.
