As an attorney I'm sure you know that you cannot copyright a title (otherwise I would have sued a couple of people for taking the title of my second novel 'Against All Enemies' [now it's entitled "Flashpoint"]); but go ahead and sue anyway .... LOL!!!!

Of course you can sue him. However, it might be better to use the words may and should instead. :rolleyes:

I was under th impression roguishness was a prerequisite for even entering law school. It reminds me of one of my favourite quotes about soldiers. Bob Kershaw wrote in Skymen, a book about paratroopers around the world that a German General once said, "The Valschirmjager iss a fine soldier, but every vun off dem hass a little of de shweinhund inn him."
