My Czech German Shepherd usually sits next to me outside in the driveway handing out candy to the kids. This muzzle on my dog would send some of the parents (and kids) to therapy.......;)

Google translate works, however I have not tried to complete the checkout process. The subsequent pages that loaded did so in English, but now I have a Google translate extension on my browser (Chrome) that I don't remember having before.

Anyone with the taste to have a Czech Shepherd at least deserves an inquiry. We'll see how they embrace this Kapitalism thing.
