Awoke this AM, daughter & family, in London, had brunch at some swank eatery on the 40th floor.

Yummy yummy breakfast with a spectacular view #duckandwaffle.

Lxxx went straight for the homemade nutella,

Gxxxx had the duck confit and waffle,

and I had the very yummy Full Elvis (PB&J, caramel roasted bananas, fresh fruit and cream - AMAZING!)

Not to be out cooked,, I attempted a slightly more Merican version..

Inspired by the kid's Epicurean Brunch, here is mine.
I crossbred Sxxx & Gxxx's choices.

American Whole Wheat Waffle (Bisquick)
Gently Brazed Southern Pork Confit (Jimmy Dean)
Beurre d' Arachides Croquant (Skippy, extra crunchy)
Topped with a dollop of Gelatina Rasburry (Smuckers)

With appropriately aged refreshments..

I think my view was better..
