Incitement is a crime on the books down here in NZ.
Aren't there some 1st Ammendment freedom of speech court cases involving the KKZk on the books as test cases for freedom of speech limitations?
Haven't a few folks including an American or three, been assassinated with drone strikes largely based on terror incitement?

Yes, but that will never happen in the PC world we live in I am afraid. I am seeing a COIN/FID mission requirement developing right here. The question is how to implement it.

No, he's black and we all know black lives matter (*except in Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit, NYC etc.)
