Oh when will my freedoms be granted?That was a specific hypothetical put to the barrister by Scalia during the oral arguments as he attempted to make them play the tape to the end. He used 2 of each wanting to "unite" their little fire team into the same club, as he tried to articulate the issues that come from taking something from the states (where there may be latitude for granting or not of exceptions) vs. codifying something as "constitutional" at the Federal level. For him it was a states' rights thing that in the end would leave less latitude to the people.

Y'all just gon' have to wait your turn for the next SCOTUS evolution & the reality shows that follow.

Neither group has yet thought out the possibilities of 3 member parenting. If two stable parents are beneficial to a child's well being it goes without saying 3 or even more member parenting groups will probably raise a near perfect child.
