I didn't want to hi-jack DiveMaster's thread..
After 23 yrs, I changed out my cook top stove. I have been testing the new one to learn the intricacies of what "high" and "low" mean on the new burners.. This one is significantly hotter on high and cooler on low. But I have managed to create some tasty meals..
Here is a pic of my first dessert effort. I called it:
Lay Cacahuètes Salées , Nougat , Chocolat au lait et au Caramel Suprême
Do you think I qualify for a 'sommeliers day la désert' title??
For my next dish, I'll try something with the neighbors Free Range Chickens. Don't know what bread they are, but I think there should be some tasty leg meat??
