It works off of a formula.
The chart changes every time to show the correct answer for all of the correct combos.
Any numbers you pick will have the same (correct) symbol.
The wrong symbols and the changes to the chart every play are meant to confuse you.
Copy the same symbol as the correct answer and the other numbers with the same symbol and start solving every number from 99 on down. The answers will always be one of the same numbers with the "correct" symbol.
That is the symbol they give you for the answer.
