Britt McHenry, a True American Bottom Feeding Lowlife
If I were this individuals father and saw this video (http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=9d1_1429192014) I'd just wonder at what point I failed as a parent.
ESPN is sure scrapping the bottom of the bowl and they gave her a week's suspension. I'd have asked if she was the one in the video and when she said "yes" I'd fire her on the spot.
Had my mother ever heard me speak to another individual like that she'd break a broom handle over my head.
Britt McHenry is the very reason I look back on my 20 years defending this nation and its people and wonder was it worth all the broken bones, blood and lost friends.
Britt McHenry you're nothing but a pathetic and disgusting individual, how you look at yourself in the mirror is beyond me.

Maybe she's the one who needs to be sued and in the process learn a few manners. ;)

Why's this in The Arena? Are you suggesting that the cashier should have visited a smackdown on her ass? :D

Oh and check out her apology now on twitter.
In an intense and stressful moment, I allowed my emotions to get the best of me and said some insulting and regrettable things. As frustrated as I was, I should always choose to be respectful and take the high road. I am so sorry for my actions and will learn from this mistake.
Intense & stressful lol, what a POS.

Another prime example of that "Elitist Attitude" seen so prevalent today.
She is getting blasted left and right over on FB.

Here's the info for ESPN to let them know how you feel ....
1-888-549-3776 . this is espn's customer service number. give it a call and voice your concern for the way their employees are allowed to treat other humans. let them know about how your friends and family are boycotting the viewing of anything affiliated with espn. they told me they are taking this very seriously.
OK, but you really need to admit that you wouldn't kick her out of bed for eating crackers. :munchin
She did not look all that glamorous when she was picking up her car. She's sorry alright sorry all this was on tape. She is a POS and a weeks punishment is hardly sufficient.

My IQ is high enough to see through pathetic lowlife narcissists such as Britt McHenry so, no, I don't have any friends that are low IQ condescending bottom feeders like her.
She needs her own reality show, "My Pathetic Life"
And God have mercy on any individual that is within arm's reach that says to my face: "Do you know who I am?" because I will not.
What an ugly person. Beauty is only skin deep on that woman. In time she'll be a washed-up, botoxed, fat-assed, bottle-blonde with no redeeming personality.

I think that the common sentiment is that we would not kick her out of bed for eating crackers, but we would for being a jerk and insulting the cashier.

TS, I truly believe that for every lowlife, narcissistic celebrity (and politician), there are thousands of hard working, humble, honest, sincere and caring Americans that greatly appreciate your and every service members sacrifices made for this country and its people. I, and all of my friends and family, definitely feel that way. I, like you, am disgusted by what I see on t.v. and on the internet but I still believe that a large percentage of American citizens feel as we do.
Here is a video I think is a lot more inspiring to watch that I saw on Spartan Blades Facebook page a couple days ago. I watched it, then watched it again with my wife and kids. We had tears in our eyes. I sent it to my friends and they watched it and said the same thing. My father served in 1st Cav in Vietnam, my uncle flew fighter bombers in Vietnam, both my grandfathers served in WW II, three of my great grandfathers were in WW I. I know that at times they wondered "was it all worth it" but they all ultimately knew it was. This is still the greatest free country on the planet even though we have stumbled recently. Think about how we felt in 79 and 80 as a nation. We WILL get back up. :lifter

Britt McHenry is nothing more than a blip in time and a true loser. I will call ESPN and demand her termination as well. I have watched ESPN since it began. Unfortunately it has changed a lot for the worse in the last ten years. Hopefully enough people voice they're outrage and the message gets heard.

She was just mad that I was the one who kicked her out of bed. I had no idea that she was going to go all psycho on that poor cashier. My bad, y'all....My bad....
There are many in the world that place way too much value on their importance to society. She is one of them.
The world owes her nothing...regardless of how she feels about herself.

Back in the day, I was told by my dad "every woman you see is some ones little girl". I've kept that in mind anytime I see an overweight or not so attractive woman and it put things all in perspective.

So to be fair, do we know the full story here? Like maybe the employee was rude first? That said, I would think that this woman would say that the employee had been rude first and that to put her comments into perspective, the full video should be released. Then apologize saying that her outburst was still wrong. However, she hasn't done this, so I am guessing the video is probably an accurate depiction of her outburst. What's ironic is that people in television who are real celebrities do not need to say to anybody, "Do you know who I am?"
You're such a nice guy..... (you will not last 30 minutes when the "Walking Dead" start......:munchin)

Combine these 2 with "Never stick your dick in crazy," and you've got some great advice on respecting all women and deciding which ones to date. :D

This story briefs well for the media, IE: "Pretty blonde sports reporter mean to working class towing clerk."
I imagine the reality is a bit more complicated, although certainly not to such an extent as to completely justify her crass behavior.
Yelp reviews label the company in question with a tad over 1 out of 5 stars. Reports of predatory practices, rude employees, etc . . . .

If that wasn't rhetorical, I think most of these reviews predate the incident.
Either way, she said some crappy things. I don't think her station in life gives her cause to shit on people like that, provoked or otherwise. Part of what should have came with her education should have been an appreciation for her good fortune and restraint.
I think her punishment was appropriate considering the reputation of her company, maybe longer though. Don't agree with canning her.

Not familiar with that.
Regardless, I don't care for our newfound ability as a country to ruin people's livelihoods as a result of manufactured outrage on social media. See 1SG Moerk, that stupid lady who flipped off the tomb of the unknown soldier sign, etc . . .
I think we should all go about our business, try to be the nest we can and impart those values on our friends and family. My life is no better or worse because some crass woman who flipped off a sign at Arlington now has a hard time finding work.
I understand I'm not a peer here, so I say these things with respect to those who may view things differently.

Yelp is about as trustworthy as the National Inquirer. Do yourself a favor and drop Yelp as a source for anything.
They're user reviews.
I did not post it to suggest that it was the end all be all of this discussion, but merely to highlight potential abuses from the company in question. Most of you have a decade or more on me, and I'm well aware of everyone's ability here to draw their own conclusions.
As with most things, I think the truth is somewhere in the middle. Just my personal world view.
Bottom line, I think she was out of line, but likely provoked.
Yelp is not impervious to manipulation.
First, roughly 16% of restaurant reviews on Yelp are identified as fraudulent, and tend to
be more extreme (favorable or unfavorable) than other reviews. Second, a restaurant is more
likely to commit review fraud when its reputation is weak, i.e., when it has few reviews, or it has
recently received bad reviews. Third, chain restaurants – which benefit less from Yelp – are also
less likely to commit review fraud. Fourth, when restaurants face increased competition, they
become more likely to receive unfavorable fake reviews. To reinforce our interpretation that fake
reviews are driven by economic incentives, we then collect a second data set of businesses that
were caught soliciting fake reviews through a sting conducted by Yelp. Results from these data
are consistent with our main results, further identifying economic incentives behind a business’s
decision to leave fake reviews. Taken in aggregate, these findings highlight the extent of review
fraud and suggest that a business’s decision to commit review fraud responds to competition
and reputation incentives.

Yeah, they're user reviews that Yelp manipulates/deletes/edits on an hourly basis.
As a source of information Yelp would be rated as an F1.
