Here's what happens after take off if the aircraft load is out of balance.

Many moons ago a JAL 747 freighter departing out of Anchorage, AK loaded with live cattle had a pallet break loose and go through the side of the aircraft on takeoff. The results were the same. I saw a Lufthansa 747 freighter in Frankfurt with it's nose up due to misdeclared weight on a shipment. They had a hell of a time trying to figure out how they were going to get the nose back down without damaging the aircraft.
When I was a new Dispatcher at Western, I was getting checked out on the Hawaii Desk when I got a call from a DC-10 en route to Honolulu saying that they had a trim malfunction that was causing them to porpoise. We had MX waiting when they arrived but a ramp rat found that a container had not been locked down and it was free to roll back and forth on the tracks. :D Our 10s actually had lower lobe galleries with easy access to the baggage area had anyone thought to look. ;)
