I recently purchased this book ISBN 0=9749700-0-X First printing April 2004, from an SF Buddy)
I thought is was a pretty good read, pretty humerous! (SF Humor! ) I did see some errors in it double posts of the same story, but It's for a good cause. Below is how to obtain a copy.
