This is Shia Iranian Military in Iraq that are fighting Sunni ISIS.

Most know that Sunni/Shia have been fighting off and on since Muhammad died for Islamic dominance.

The end result is meaningless for the non Muslim as they are both Islamists that have sharia and believe in forced submission of the kafr.

Militia yes, but that sounds like Farsi to me not Arabic altho my Arabic is very rusty.
Iraqi Shia Militia speak both btw. Being clad in US equipment means nothing today.
