I don't know who wrote this...but it is awesome.

Twas the night before Christmas, not much like those past
The politically correct were changing things fast
Nowhere on the streets could I find even a clue
No banners were hung, just none there to view

For those that knew better than simple old me
Had determined that no where should I be able to see
A wish for the masses, a wish for us all
To remember the birth of the Son who gave all

Of he brought to us the basis of law,
The foundation of greatness our forefathers saw
For our country was founded by men that believed
That without trust In God, we would not succeed

And each time we ventured into harms way
We knew without doubt that we would not sway
For the country we fought for was based on the creed
“Each one is equal, were all of one seed”

But now it’s not right according to some
To acknowledge our roots and from whence we have come
It is simply not proper to set up a tree
Or say “Merry Christmas”, or give thanks to thee

But I cannot stand and listen to this
This slithering, slimy, viperous hiss
That makes every effort to bring us all down
To make our great country appear as a clown

There are some among us that think it not right
To pause in our hustle, and stop for the night
To pay our respects to he that did give
Each one of us the life that we live

They have made proclamations and cried country wide
That our faith in God is just out of stride
With the feelings of those that think they know best
The “Blue States” don’t care for the thoughts of the rest

And each one of those that believe that we should
Cast off our beliefs for minority good
Can bend ever so slightly, and watch as I pass
Pucker your lips and kiss my big ass

For a tree stands in my house adorned with each card
And lights sing a welcome as they glow in my yard
For Christmas to me is a day that was meant
To honor our Father and the love that he sent.
