Manila seeks custody of U.S. Marine in transgender murder case

The Philipine government asked Washington on Tuesday to turn over custody of a U.S. Marine charged with the murder of a Filipino transgender woman in a looming irritant between the allies.

Ok, so he takes someone home who he thinks is a girl and when he finds out who she really is he kills her?
