Non-specific questions will yield non-specific answers. Members will answer a well thought question.

It's all here... Thoroughly search and read the posts on this website. There is a tremendous wealth of information.

Weapons, flashlights, boots, socks, clipping your toenails, etc. Like my Psychology of Human Sexuality professor said... "If you can think of it, someone has already done it." If you're wondering something, then chances are the question has been asked already.

There is a method to conduct both simple and advanced searches of the forums. Search for terms of interest. Lacking hits on your search, come back with specific questions. Be prepared for a tongue lashing from some members and/or the moderator(s) if you don't attempt good research for information prior to posting a question that has perviously been addressed.

Good luck and don't quit.

I'm going back to lurking... :lifter

Keep up on PT and rucking and don't let it sneak up on you before its too late, 2 months isn't that far away.

If you PT like mad (real world like Cross Fit, not pretty like body building...) you won't go wrong. Spherical endurance (mental and physical and even spiritual, for every imaginable and some unimaginable physical events) is the way to look at it. If you have to draw on your mental reserves 15 minutes into the first PT session, you didn't train enough.

For my money, the best trait you can develop is selflessness. Maintain a positive mental attitude ALWAYS, help others and work together even if it makes your own life harder. Then train so you can handle "harder" (and really apply yopur imagination to what "harder" means!)
