SFDAE staff weather section augmenting SFDAE - I remember CPT Higlee but not the NCOs in this video.
The CPT speaking at the 2:54 and 4:39 marks is Bill Flavin, our Det Cdr on ODA-7 in 1977. The SFDAE Cdr speaking at the 3:30 mark is COL Bo Baker.
