What do you figure the lag-time from resignation to pardon will be? :munchin
Something is cooking, and holders ass is the one on the grill. The question is, who is wearing the apron? Me thinks something really interesting is on the horizon.
Now, how do I personally feel about this? Hmm.....THANK THE TITTY SUCKLING BABY JESUS!:D

The POTUS has a very wide circle of criminal and nefarious friends who would be more than happy to do his evil bidding, just like Holder did.
The replacement can always be worse, believe it or not.
He is not going to appoint a fair or open-minded AG who will do his/her duty and follow the Constitution and the laws of this nation. Trust me, it will be another political hack who does what he/she is told.

Holder's just a spent pawn. The next AG, likely, won't be any better.
It's not like we didn't know this already. He announced it last Feb.

Deval Patrick is a former civil rights attorney and staunch liberal; just the sort of high-ranking government authority you’d expect Obama to put in place.

At this point, what difference does it make?

My biggest challenge when Holder was named AG was to not call him Deval. Not becàuse they're both AA, but because they share a brain and opinions. Separated only by the distance between DC and Boston. Complete clones.

Al Sharpton is telling everyone that will listen that the White House has him in the loop for finding Holder's replacement. If that is indeed the case, and not just self serving bluster, than Holder's replacement will be just as big a soup sandwich. I don't expect the replacement to be any less radical and we're all the worse for it.
Why am I having a hard time trying to say something nice for his departure....???
Quick, somebody backup his computer before the IRS gets ahold of it!

It could be worse, comrade zero could appoint louis farahkhan AG.
"...a nation of cowards..." EH
Good riddance.
Doesn't really matter, he's already succeeded in polluting the DOJ with hundreds of radical civil servants we'll never be able to get rid of.

Obama Likely Replacing Holder With Liberal Civil Rights Attorney
Clearly that is what's best for this country, I am glad he is on the job looking out for us as a whole. Imagine if he put his own agenda before the interests of the country?
Dont worry, the ahhh "Reverend" is on the case!
The Rev. Al Sharpton said his civil rights organization, the National Action Network, is "engaged in immediate conversations" with the White House as they work to name a successor to Attorney General Eric Holder, who is set to announce his resignation Thursday afternoon.
"We are engaged in immediate conversations with the White House on deliberations over a successor whom we hope will continue in the general direction of Attorney General Holder," Sharpton said in a statement.
Sharpton praised Holder, the first African-American attorney general, as the "best" one in history when it comes to civil rights.
"The resignation of Attorney General Eric Holder is met with both pride and disappointment by the Civil Rights community," he said. "We are proud that he has been the best Attorney General on Civil Rights in U.S. history and disappointed because he leaves at a critical time when we need his continued diligence most."

After the election, before new Senate comes to order. Doing this before the election would turn it into a GOP rout.

Never underestimate the power of the Republican Party to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Curious timing. News reports indicate a federal judge has subpeoned all relevant documentation regarding fast and furious.

Not without one last ACLU Victory!
The long list of things that need to be repealed in order to even project the ideology that "America" is a strong nation is growing by the day.
Like I always say, the Dems won't be happy until we are all a grey colored, one race bunch of hermaphrodites just rubbing up against each other at will. That way no one person can be singled out for anything what so ever.
“There’s no doubt the writing was on the wall between Fast and Furious and the IRS scandal circling around the Justice Department. He did not want to be a person of interest in Washington discussions when more information about Fast and Furious came out,” Fitton told CNSNews.com.
"If you were a private citizen and you allowed a gun to go ‘walk’ out of your home knowing, with the plan that it be used, with the idea and hope that it be used in a crime and show up at a crime scene, you’d be in jail. But in Washington you get lauded as a civil rights hero as you retire.”
