He said DHS has retained a consulting firm, Deloitte, to develop recommendations to improve morale.

I was reading that this morning and had this thought....

.....develop recommendations to improve morale.

Dissolve and disband. Abolish the Department all together. That would improve my morale slightly.

That just tells me that there are still some good "men" that will not stand for the current level of government corruption.

Part of the problem is that the current chief is Jeh Johnson. He moved over there from being the General Counsel for DoD. He's one of Obama's boys. Not real sharp but has the right attitude and melonin content.
