That's a lot of water spouts!



During the summer in the Florida Keys, you can often spot a doz water spouts daily. Some times 3 or 4 at a time.

I was told this pic is over the Adriatic..

Are they dangerous waterspouts, or the water version of the dust devils you can see oftentimes in the midwest?

A water spout is a Tornado touching down on water....they quickly dissipate due to the weight of the water buy would be serious if you were 'in one'.
They'd occasionally touch down in Lake Michigan and when they'd dissipated it would rain fish.

Ditto,, The water in the Keys can get into the 90deg range, up on the flats. The thermals are very conducive to water spouts. They may get 20-30 wide at the base, last 15-20 minutes, and move around at + - 15mph??. They are easy to maneuver around and offer a quick cooling splash..

The sky was dark
The moon was high
All alone just she and I.

Her hair was soft
Her eyes were blue
I knew just what she wanted to do.

Her skin so soft
Her legs so fine
I ran my fingers down her spine.

I didn't know how
But I tried my best
I started by placing my hands on her breast.

I remember my fear my fast beating heart
But slowly she spread her legs apart
And when I did it I felt no shame.

All at once the white stuff came
At last it's finished it's all over now
My first time ever at milking a cow.....
