To the Students for Justice in Palestine, a Letter From an Angry Black Woman

‘You do not have the right to invoke my people’s struggle for your shoddy purposes’

A moving and very well articulated point

In a time when we are divided be political ideology, religious demagogy, class warfare, race, and any number of other manufactured crisis or memes, this article, so well articulated so fundamental in its foundation so pertinent to the threat we and the rest of the civilized world are facing - could it be that the Hammas/Israeli conflict is the lightning rod that brings everything into clear focus and finally unites us around our shared values?

Naaaah, it was just a TIA in the left brain. I am better now. :D

The intellectual backlash is slowly and quietly building. This article which also attempts to incorporate the argument for mooslim rights to limit free speech is succinctly dissected by respondent #3

Great article Penn. Serves as an outstanding example of how pseudo-intellectual arguments pervert logic and reason beyond all recognition.

Interestingly this is exactly how the rise of Nazi fascism gained such a strong foothold in Europe post-WWI. As I have posted before, a very good read on that subject is just about anything by Archibald Macleish. The similarities between then and now are down-right scary.

Allah Fubar (Just had to steal that one from another Brother) :D
