A federal appeals court ruled Monday that a Mexican teenager killed by a Border Patrol agent was protected by the U.S. Constitution, even though the teen was on Mexican soil when he was shot.

And now the parents who live in Mexico and are citizens of that country can sue the U.S. Border Patrol for a civil rights violation?

Don't want to try and understand this one and especially not after their dear son was pelting the officer with rocks.

Lesson here, kids. Don't go to Mexico....

I work with the Mexican Army and I am here to tell you, the Mexican government are not our friends and I truly wonder about the people themselves. They are as nice as anyone else, but under the surface, they hold the US in contempt, IMO.

As has been mentioned in many forums, Mexican government pushes the idea that the United States holds territory that belongs to Mexico. The Mexicans have been waging UW on many levels to get their land back... and all the money they can.

They work to orchestrate the destruction of the United States of America.
