I'm not personally familiar with this charity, but I have been with Casting For Recovery. CFR's primary goal is helping those with breast cancer recover. So the two use the same venue, Fly Fishing.
A quick search and I found this web page:

With a published 18% costs, I think they are better than average.
Fly fishing is very good for the mind & body.. It epitomizes a zen like need for one-ness with the environment. A simple process, where-by you challenge your pray with wit, stealth, and mental skill.
BUT One could argue that fly tying is a mental fallacy, often resulting in delusional instabilities, based on your perceived ability to make funny looking fur & feather contraptions that you THINK HELP to catch fish.. :D
The reely unfortunate part is,
It sometimes works?? :D
Thanks, sir. In 2013 PBS first aired "Not Yet Begun to Fight". A documentary on a similar fly-fishing event in Montana to help returning vets. It aired again last night in this area and it is good. Recommend it with respects.
Thanks again.

The Pechmann Education Center near Lake Rim in Fayetteville, NC also conducts classes of fly fishing and fly tying for Vets. They are associated with PHWFF.
