Ohio family held at gunpoint by police at Dayton Air Force Museum

Me and my daughters have counted state plates before at similar large parking.
Well, at least all the LEOs got to go home safe that night.

The original story was kicked around a bit when it first happened. The news story at the top kinda' ties it all together. The whole "casing cars" "stolen van" deal. But the grandmother makes a good point - if the kids would have gotten out of the van and bolted to their mom would the cops have shot them?
