I don't get the purpose of the patch.

Is this like "Honey take the day off, I'll watch the kids, clean up the house, candles and wine" in a patch?

Nothing like taking the easy way out I guess.

I think it goes a little deeper than that. From what I've read, it attempts to counteract some of the effects of men-o-pause in that it raises testosterone levels to what they were before the change took place. There are other products for women that are experiencing loss of libedo. Still looking into those. This link explains some of the products and what the accomplish.
