Needing to track down a colleague of my fathers from his time at Benning in '77.
I no longer have my AKO account.
Looking for someone who can look this guy up on the Army white pages for me.
Can't imagine any PerSec issues, but please advise if any concerns
Cheers

Well the details are a little vague.
Last name: Burke or Bourke
First Name: Scotter (nick name)
Rank: Likely LTC in '77 (likely retired LTC?)
Branch: Aviator
CO of Lawson Army Airfield in '77
Like commissioned thru ROTC
With these sort of details one may be able to whittle it down on the Army AKO white pages.
Just a thought.
My sister was born here back in '77, visiting there again in a few weeks wanted to see if she could catch up with the old mans buddies from the time. Apparently he does live near by?

Lloyd L. “Scooter” Burke
Lloyd L. "Scooter" Burke, a lieutenant with the 1st Cavalry Division, Benjamin F. Wilson, a master sergeant with the 7th Infantry Division, and Air Force fighter ace George A. Davis, Jr., each earned both the Medal of Honor and the Distinguished Service Cross in Korea.
16th has an award named for him:

My math says that a man who was an LTC in 1977 would be around 80 years old now.

Thanks JJ, that's some great Google fu.
Scooter was the old man's foreign officer sponsor at Benning. Last word is he still lives in the neighborhood. We're seeing if we can track him down for a visit my twin sister is taking to Benning in a few weeks.
IIRC the Army whitepages tends to supply emails and even phone numbers, even for retired folk.
