Goes to prove you need to read what you sign and understand the repercussions of your inaction.

Mixed bag to me. I have the right to not answer my door. I also lack the propensity to spend wildly expecting to be given leeway when it comes time to pay up on a debt.

At the surface level this may just give the courts a reprieve and keep law enforcement involvement down. But again, show at the wrong house, and there are issues.

I'm the first resident of my home. Unless someone has created an account with this address in my name and with Capital One, I'm good. It can happen, but I can refuse to speak with them. They also have no rights on your property unless you afford them the chances.

As far as donators and control of what share of governmental organizations, it's not surprising if true the depth of "purchased political power". Would definitely explain the grabbing of accounts and restrictions imposed on money that belongs to a person.

Seeing this just makes it too ironic that I'd use their card with complete disregard to purchase tinfoil and open up a hat shop. Cornering the market on self-licking ice cream cones, one conspiracy at a time. :D

Why would anyone with a good credit rating use Capital One?
