I have recently recently purchased a 7th Group Mark II Presentation Knife. It is in mint condition and wondered if anyone has one or knows the history of this knife. Thanks.

Vietnam Special Forces Presentation Mark 2-----Mint-----The blade is 7" long and marked "ODA-732" / 7th Special Forces Gp. (ABN)" along with the Special Forces Crest. The handle is perfect. It comes with the original dark brown sheath that is in mint condition. Ref: Clinton-Knives of the US Special Forces pg 25-----Mint------

Looks like another version of one of these.

Thin leather sheath indicates that it was a presentation item, not intended for wear.

What he said..

Thru the PS.com link, here is a collectors vision of Viet Nam pointy/pokey things. It may not be all inclusive, but I think yours falls into the PCS gift category..

It was made by Camillus.

The link covers most if not all the knives carried, to include Camillus K-bars style.
