I am having some trouble tracking this down. If anyone knows it by another name please let me know. I have known it as wavestream communicator 4.8. it allows you to communicate through any panasonic CF computer via SDN to radio outstation via 25k sat. Any one have the program and know how to set up a new system. Used it in Afghanistan but not that I am stateside it is like it never existed. Any help

Software isn't the issue.
WAVE requires a server with IP infrastructure and all of the comm gear. That's normally co-located at the site where you're pulling your SDN services from.
