Assuming that he understood the terminology he is using, and ignoring the "ghost gun" idiocy, 30 rounds in 1/2 second is a cyclic rate of 3600 rpm, which is complete fantasy in a single barrel weapon.
Finally, I want to know where he got the weapon, and if it is legal for him to posess it where he was giving his press conference.
I suspect that it was an LE provided weapon, and he is in a location where possessing it is a crime.
I'd like to see someone interrupt his moronic rant, and slap the bracelets on him.

The problem is that the general public doesn't understand what he's saying, only that they should be scared. He's acting as an authority figure, and telling them something they agree with. Don't try to confuse people with facts, or even worse a basic mastery of the English language.
Applying laws of physics concerning cyclic rates? If people don't have to follow the laws of the land why should they obey the laws of physics?
I don't think that was a ghost gun as everyone could see it.
As for the Senators brain, it is pretty clear that it is transparent. Or most likely not even there...
