I was in a briefing and this show came up during it. Anyone heard of Burka Avenger? I found it interesting that the US Embassy/State Department was behind it. Looks like it got onto Time Magazine's 11 Most Influential Fictional Characters of 2013.

First episode here and the rest the series. http://youtu.be/XahbqLdCVhE

I guess it will be made into Dari and will be released in Afghanistan soon.

When a Country has their illiteracy rate that is so high that it's not even worth publishing numbers because they will be skewed. I think this is an effective program, especially for the young. Yes education is the way out from this effective brainwashing that mydriasis and Muslim people do. But I think this is effective in my opinion, yet in Afghanistan it will not reach beyond The major cities because of power technology etc. etc. This is because of the rulal areas not having a television in their mud huts, so In at sense is not effective for Afghanistan. Pakistan yes because of it being my developed overall.
