Yes, but does the State of Maryland...
Former police officer gets to have a firearm. Gets a pass for firing his weapon outside of his home. Not saying he did anything wrong, but the average Maryland citizen would not have had such an easy time of it from the State. IMO.
the peoples republic of maryland would have incarcerated joe sixpack

First he said he had a Walther PPK and then he said the car was going to back over him and he raised his Glock. Senior moment?

He expended all 10 rounds from the PPK so he grabbed his Glock. Part of the point was to say mag capacity should be higher than most politicians would like.

The PPK mag only holds 6 rounds of .380 ACP or 7 rounds of .32 ACP.
Must have been the extended mag version of the PPK. :D

At 1:34 he's holding a M9….
however good for him that he isn't toeing the line like many other may have done. "Well I'm a (former) cop so it's ok for me, but not ok for Joe citizen as they can't be trusted…."
