"For the American servicemen and –women on the front lines – those who will be spending the winter at remote outposts or on patrol in places like Afghanistan – “home for the holidays” is just a dream. That’s why a special military lab has stepped up to give them a little taste of home: A holiday dinner of turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet-potato casserole, and green beans. Hot sauce? That too....."

OK, for you guys out in the middle of bum fuck nowhere - how did it taste?

I liked it when 35 seconds into the video the soldier picked up his tray and sniffed his meal.

I only had one Christmas dinner overseas, 2D ID, they fed us really well. They also required us to wear Class A's and to go through the chow line, no one escaped going to the meal it had something to do with amount of money the company got for rations, the more that ate the money to be had. We fed a lot of orphans that day, probably as good a meal as I would have gotten at home.

Supply and demand...I bet the guys at the COPS/VSO didn't get that since the weather probably prevented helo's from flying.
