The direction in which Mr. Obama is taking us would make possible the following scenario. A Republican Congress is elected and repeals Obamacare over a Democratic President’s veto. The President refuses to enforce the repeal. The Supreme Court rules that the President’s refusal is unconstitutional. The President denounces that ruling and refuses to be bound by it.

Being who Mr. Buechner seems to be and it being in Forbes I don't think it will be overlooked. But as Okie pointed out, most that have impact have been sitting on their laurels. The same ones that would over see any proceedings are the same ones that have been apart or behind many of the current issues. Win win or lose lose, depending on which side your on.

Because they have all eaten from the same troth and they all have garbage on each other. If you rock the boat you will end up getting caught with child porn on your laptop, a honey pot or sexual misconduct with a staffer. And if you really rock the boat you end up like Vince Foster or Ron Brown.
