Watching the highlites of today's games during half time of the Broncos/Titans game, they showed the Philly/Detroit game and it was a blizzard. :D
One of the talking heads mentioned that "this was football weather."
I'm reminded of the Monday night game between the Broncos and Packers back in 1984. There are many other games where the weather has played a "role" in games, like the "ice bowl" of '67. :D
What would you call "football weather" for BOTH playing and spectating?
Late summer/early fall?
Fall-ish type weather?
Sub-zero temps and snow like we're seeing now?
