Kind of interesting that a state got dinged if it has passed proscriptions against K2/bath salts.

The NC Republican Governor and Legislature passed a lot of reforms this year that don't seem to be reflected.
Of course, the losers and assorted malcontents (mostly Dims, Community Activists, and Socialists) have made protesting and getting arrested a full time job.

When I enlisted in 72 my state, Vermont, would have been in the top 10. Now, 41 years later, they are in the bottom 10. Back then it was one of the most conservative states and now thanks to all the progressives and dims moving in we lead in things like gay marriage and soon single payer health care. What a waste of a beautiful, but cold, state.
