The POTUS having ads on Pandora, or really anywhere, especially a lame duck, makes less sense than a box of assholes . I am having trouble comprehending that, or coming up with some reasonable explanation for that. (Aside from ego and a low self-esteem)

I doubt they are paid for by the government, so I should have used pink. However, Pandora is riddled with Obama related advertisements. I use the mute button several times during the work day...
